Mission

LAB0 is an internet-independent Edge AI Foundry that builds automation where the work happens: farms, breweries, pharma plants, remote facilities. We bring AI to the edge and turn it into real-world value through systems that stay online even when the wider internet disappears.

What we build

• Edge AI Foundry floor. A Reticulum-powered mesh factory where we assemble CPU, GPU, and field nodes into deployable automation units.
• Purpose-built stacks. Systems, software, and hardware tuned together so a compute pack can roll off the floor, land on-site, and start producing value immediately.
• Self-healing networks. East–west Reticulum fabric with Meshy radios so every node can coordinate without a centralized cloud.

Principles

1. Edge-first. Compute lives on-prem, not in someone else’s data center.
2. Offline-capable. Internet is a convenience, never a requirement.
3. Operator-led. workflows keep humans in the loop and the automation honest.
4. Pay-it-forward. Each deployment funds the next builder through knowledge, tooling, and financial contributions.
